You can talk shit about people and still provide good service to them. I don’t like dealing with people with old shitty cars that think they know more than I do. I still give them good service. I hate dealing with them, as I hate when people are demeaning to me, or talk down to me. I’m going to talk shit about them the second they leave or the call ends. I hate dealing with wholesale accounts that are constantly bitching about why they don’t have a higher discount or want to return half the shit they buy. They still get the same service as everyone else until we get to the point when it’s no longer reasonable to do business with them.

They acknowledge that they were cruel to their own children, but that’s not abuse? Jeez man, that sucks. I hope you have distanced yourself from them.

A. You think one lawsuit is going to tank a department? If they trained their officers well, discipline them if they see issues before they get to a point where 5 of them beat a man to death, then they will have nothing to worry about. I’m sure the “good” cops can get a job at the next department over like most cops who get fired do anyways.

B. Then the State Police can step in, or fuck send in the state guard to run the department until they completely clean house.

I always see you defending time vampires in this sub. Sounds like their job should provide them with a source of getting that information. Like paying the OEM to get access to that information. It’s not our job to help insurance adjusters. GEICO, State Farm, All State, whoever should be doing that and not relying on third parties.

Some people have the craziest boundaries. So much of the US is fine with seeing violence on network tv but would lose their mind if they saw a nipple.

Make Police Departments pay for lawsuits out of their budgets like any company would, and see how fast violent cops get kicked out and blacklisted. When a violent prick causes it so a police department can’t get unnecessary shit they want, the rest of the department will turn on them.

It’s not going to happen. Half the country bases their whole personality on guns. The left will never get the power to “ban guns”. Also let’s say they pass extreme gun control laws. What do you do about all the guns out there? Who do you send to go take the guns from someone? How do you know what they have?

8-10 vehicles a day adds up. 8-10 a day is at least 40 a week, plus all the vehicles that are already there. People calling constantly about updates on their cars, constant insurance companies calling, cars getting towed in out of the blue, it sounds like you are going to be dumped on constantly.

I wouldn’t take it myself. Body shops are one part of this industry I would be extremely hesitant in getting involved in.
