The actual Raynaud's (lack of blood flow that causes white then purple coloring) doesn't hurt for me. But the side effects during winter with the swelling and itching is painful.

You do not need to rinse cooked canned beans. Some recipes will advise it, but it's purely for sodium/starch reduction nothing to do with food safety or gas. Not rinsing/draining your beans will actually improve soups and sauces as it gives a better flavor and thickens the broth.
Soaking uncooked beans is another story, and helps to make them cook faster. Eating undercooked red beans, like kidney beans will certainly ruin your day. Butter beans (or lima beans) have a similar issue.
But what's happening to you after precooked beans is either a sensitivity, or, more likely, it was something else you ate 1-3 days ago.
