I’d definitely say Ella’s for dinner. I truly believe that when considering both ambiance and the quality of food, Ella’s is the best restaurant in Sacramento. You’ll definitely feel comfortable dressed up there. I’d also recommend Grange, Mulvaney’s, and The Firehouse.
